Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Creative Skills: Strong copywriting and content creation skills, including basic graphic design and video editing.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret social media metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creativity: Innovative thinker with a passion for creating engaging content.
Core responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the companys marketing goals and brand identity.
- Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage engaging and visually appealing content across social media platforms (including text, images, videos, and graphics).
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media, fostering a positive community and building relationships with followers.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all content and interactions are consistent with the brands voice, style, and messaging.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media content with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them where appropriate.
