Job Requirements:
- Experience in B2B Sales: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business-to-business sales, preferably within property management, waste management, or pet services sectors, with a focus on engaging commercial clients like HOAs, community associations, and property management firms.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English, with proven skills in client outreach, relationship building, and professional engagement.
- Tech-Savvy with CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software, VoIP systems, and Google tools for outreach, lead tracking, and communications management; ability to leverage tech solutions for efficient workflow.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and status updates.
- Adaptable and Results-Driven: Self-motivated, with a strong drive to meet sales targets, track key performance indicators, and continuously improve performance.
- Knowledge of Local Markets and Pet Industry Needs: Familiarity with local community structures (HOAs, property management), understanding of pet services market demands, and ability to align outreach with relevant client needs.
Core responsibilities:
- Prospect and Outreach: Identify and engage with commercial clients, including HOAs, community leaders, property managers, and pet-friendly businesses, to generate interest in pet waste management services.
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Conduct cold calls and initial outreach via phone and email, generating a list of qualified leads who express interest in service proposals or on-site walkthroughs.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through consistent follow-up and effective communication, positioning the services as solutions for cleaner, more inviting environments.
- Proposal Coordination: Organize and prepare detailed proposals based on client needs, coordinating walkthroughs and site assessments to ensure alignment with client expectations and service capabilities.
- Tracking and Reporting: Document and track outreach efforts, lead status, and conversion metrics, providing regular updates on outreach performance and actively optimizing strategies for lead conversion.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities within the waste management and sanitation sector, leveraging insights to enhance outreach effectiveness and identify new client segments.
