About the job Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Attraction: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates via online job boards, social media, and professional networking platforms. Utilise passive recruitment techniques to reach a diverse pool of talent.

  • Candidate Screening: Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the role. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates, addressing their questions and concerns.

  • Talent Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Cultivate relationships with potential candidates to establish a talent network for the organisation.

  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System. Generate and analyse recruitment metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Experience and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Knowledge of Recruitment Tools: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, job boards, and social media platforms. Proficiency in sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods.

  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proactive in identifying recruitment challenges and implementing effective solutions.

  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work closely with hiring managers and team members. Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Ethics and Compliance: Uphold ethical recruitment practices and comply with relevant labor laws and regulations. Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the recruitment process
