Minimum of 2.5 years of experience in sales, customer support, or a related role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Past experience and/or interest in men’s aesthetics and its associated services and products.

Core responsibilities:

Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Understand customer needs and provide suitable product/service recommendations. Close sales and process orders efficiently. Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients to generate new business. Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to move prospects through the sales funnel. Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Schedule appointments for sales presentations, product demos, and follow-up meetings.
