8.30am to 5pm AEST Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Skype, etc.). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Core responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls promptly and professionally. Respond to emails and online inquiries with accurate and timely information. Greet and assist clients virtually, providing a positive and welcoming experience. Route calls and messages to the appropriate personnel or department. Maintain a high level of communication with clients and team members. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients and team members. Send reminders and confirmations for scheduled appointments. Manage and update the appointment calendar to ensure accuracy
