Job Requirements:

  • 2.5+ years proven experience in social media management, with a track record of successful campaigns and measurable results.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging social media content. 
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media analytics tools to track performance and derive insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to diverse audiences. 
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative social media strategies, with experience in ad management platforms like Facebook Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager as a plus. 
  • Ability to work across multiple accounts and delegate time and resources appropriately. 
  • Preferable - experience with administrative tasks or bookkeeping, use of platforms such as Xero and Microsoft Excel. 
  • Willingness to learn will also be considered.

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Manage all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. 
  • Create and curate high-quality social media content, including text, images, videos, and interactive media.
  • Monitor social media platforms for mentions, comments, and messages, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content and campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer support) to align social media efforts with business goals. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify reach and engagement. 
  • Administrative tasks, including some general bookkeeping and reconciliation. Training offered.
