Job Requirements:
- 2.5+ years proven experience in social media management, with a track record of successful campaigns and measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging social media content.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media analytics tools to track performance and derive insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative social media strategies, with experience in ad management platforms like Facebook Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager as a plus.
- Ability to work across multiple accounts and delegate time and resources appropriately.
- Preferable - experience with administrative tasks or bookkeeping, use of platforms such as Xero and Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to learn will also be considered.
Core responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create and curate high-quality social media content, including text, images, videos, and interactive media.
- Monitor social media platforms for mentions, comments, and messages, responding promptly and professionally.
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize content and campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer support) to align social media efforts with business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify reach and engagement.
- Administrative tasks, including some general bookkeeping and reconciliation. Training offered.
