Core Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Manage executive's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Screen and prioritise incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Communication Management:
Serve as a liaison between executives and stakeholders.
Draft and proofread emails, memos, and communications.
Facilitate internal and external communication.
Information Management:
Organise files, records, and databases.
Conduct research and compile data for reports or presentations.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Project Coordination:
Assist in planning and executing special projects or events.
Coordinate logistics, gather resources, and communicate updates.
Track project timelines and milestones.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong working relationships.
Serve as a point of contact for team members and clients.
Anticipate needs and provide proactive support.
Requirements
Strong written and spoken english skills
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
Ability to anticipate needs and make independent decisions.
Professional demeanour and excellent interpersonal skills.
