Proven Experience in Digital Marketing: At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate or hospitality industries. Expertise in SEO/SEM: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SEO and SEM strategies, including tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads. Content Creation Skills: Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content across digital platforms. Social Media Proficiency: In-depth understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools, with experience in growing and managing an online community. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement. Proficiency with analytics tools is required. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear, persuasive messaging tailored to target audiences.
Core responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to increase visibility, engagement, and bookings for short-term rental properties. Manage Messaging and Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee and respond to all digital communication, including guest inquiries, customer service, and feedback, ensuring timely and professional interactions that enhance guest satisfaction. SEO and SEM Optimization: Conduct keyword research and manage both on-page and off-page SEO efforts to improve our search engine rankings. Plan and execute SEM campaigns to maximize our online presence and attract potential guests. Social Media Strategy and Management: Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our brand and goals. Create, schedule, and manage content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to engage with audiences to drive traffic. Content Creation and Curation: Generate high-quality, engaging content for digital platforms, including website updates, blog posts, social media, and email campaigns, that resonate with the target audience and enhance brand awareness. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze digital marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to continuously improve our marketing efforts.
