Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful digital campaigns. Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and email marketing software. Content Skills: Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills, with the ability to develop engaging content for various digital platforms. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Core responsibilities:
Campaign Development: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising. Strategy Implementation: Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across various online platforms. Audience Targeting: Identify target audiences and develop digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate them to take action. Budget Management: Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal spend and performance for each campaign. SEO Optimization: Optimize website content, landing pages, and user experience for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive more traffic. SEM Campaigns: Create, manage, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms to maximize ROI. Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research and analysis to inform content strategy and improve search engine performance. Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality content that aligns with the digital marketing strategy, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics. Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others to increase brand awareness and engagement. Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, engage with audiences, and foster a positive online community. Campaign Management: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated email sequences. Email List Management: Build and maintain email lists, segment audiences, and ensure compliance with email marketing best practices
