Job Requirements:

  • E-Commerce Experience: 1-2 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms, including product management, order processing, and supplier coordination. 
  • Supplier Coordination & Management: Proven ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, manage stock, and negotiate pricing/terms. 
  • Excel Proficiency & Data Analysis: Advanced Excel skills for tracking inventory, orders, and generating detailed reports. 
  • Social Media & Digital Marketing: Experience managing social media accounts, creating content, and executing email campaigns.
  • Customer Service Expertise: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues professionally and ensure satisfaction. 
  • Multitasking & Organization: Ability to handle multiple tasks across product management, marketing, and customer support simultaneously. 
  • Content Creation & Research: Experience with blog writing, product descriptions, video research, and staying updated on industry trends.

Core responsibilities:

  • Product & Inventory Management: Manage product listings, update descriptions, pricing, images, and track stock levels. Perform inventory audits and ensure accurate stock levels on the website.
  • Order Fulfillment & Coordination: Process and track customer orders, resolve shipping issues, and update customers on order statuses. Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses to ensure timely fulfillment. 
  • Supplier Management: Communicate with suppliers, research new vendors, negotiate pricing, manage stock levels, and handle order discrepancies. 
  • Social Media Management & Content Creation: Plan, schedule, and post daily content. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, create social media content, and monitor analytics.
  • Email Marketing: Draft and manage email campaigns, communicate with suppliers, and track email performance. 
  • Customer Support: Respond to inquiries, handle complaints, returns, and refunds, and ensure a positive post-purchase experience. 
  • Website Management: Update product descriptions, pricing, and promotions. Monitor website performance, track traffic and conversions, and ensure accuracy across listings. 
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze sales, website traffic, and customer feedback. Prepare reports on marketing and sales performance.
