Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2.5 - 5 years experience in sales support or administrative roles, preferably within e-commerce or luxury goods industries. 
  • Research Skills: Strong ability to conduct detailed online research and provide organized, actionable insights for sales purposes. 
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining an organized workspace and records. 
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Excel, e-commerce platforms, and listing tools with the ability to learn new systems quickly. 
  • Communication: Excellent written communication skills to create product listings and support sales processes. 
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail in tracking leads and ensuring accuracy in listing preparation.

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation Research: Conduct daily research on platforms like eBay and other luxury websites to identify high-value watches and handbags based on predefined criteria. 
  • Market Research: Analyze competitor pricing and listings to provide insights for better decision-making and pricing strategies. 
  • Content Familiarization: Review specific training content to understand business needs and ensure accurate identification of items for sale.
  • Listing Preparation: Assist in creating and drafting product listings, ensuring that all required details are accurately captured for luxury goods transactions. 
  • Sales Administration: Support the sales team by tracking leads, monitoring sales processes, and managing customer inquiries efficiently. 
  • Document Management: Maintain an organized digital filing system for all relevant documents, transactions, and sales records.
