Min 5 years proven experience in social media management, with a track record of successful campaigns and measurable results luxury brands and goods. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content. Analytical mindset and proficiency in social media analytics tools to track performance and derive insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse audiences. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative social media strategies. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in social media advertising and proficiency in ad management platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is a plus
Core responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Manage all social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Create and curate high-quality content for social media posts, including text, images, videos, and interactive media. Monitor social media platforms for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally. Analyse social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and optimise content and campaigns. Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to align social media efforts with overall business goals. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify reach and engagement. Develop and manage social media crisis communication strategies and response protocols
