OutsourcedIn is partnering with a NSW-based premium landscape supplies business to hire an experienced Lead Generator / Qualifier to support high-value pipeline development across luxury residential and commercial projects.

This role focuses on identifying and qualifying opportunities with high-end developers, luxury builders, architects, landscape designers, and premium residential clients involved in bespoke construction and landscaping projects.

The ideal candidate has strong Australian lead generation experience, understands the NSW construction lifecycle, and is confident engaging with premium clientele.

About the Role

You will be responsible for generating targeted leads, qualifying opportunities based on project value and readiness, and booking sales meetings for the NSW sales team.

This is a KPI-driven role focused on quality pipeline creation and long-term relationship building within the premium construction and design space.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation
Generate targeted leads across luxury developers, architects, design studios, and high-end builders
Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and industry platforms
Research DA approvals, project pipelines, and tender portals to identify high-value opportunities

Lead Qualification
Qualify prospects based on project value, timeline, decision-makers, and specification potential
Identify high-value opportunities versus low-fit enquiries
Maintain detailed qualification notes and structured pipeline tracking

Appointment Setting & Pipeline Support
Book meetings for the NSW sales team and nurture warm opportunities
Support follow-up sequences and marketing campaigns
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline stages

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 2 years Australian lead generation experience
5+ years experience within landscaping, construction materials, or building industry
Strong understanding of NSW construction lifecycle and specification process
Proven experience qualifying leads and managing structured pipelines
Confident communication suited to premium and professional clientele
Strong CRM discipline and reporting capability

Highly Regarded

Existing network within luxury residential, architect, or developer communities
Experience with specification selling and quoting support
Knowledge of premium landscaping materials and supply logistics
Previous remote experience supporting Australian sales teams
