The Marketing & Client Engagement Coordinator is responsible for building the company’s marketing presence, expanding client outreach, and managing social media engagement. This role ensures consistent communication with prospective and active clients, develops creative marketing content from existing photos and videos, and leverages Zoho CRM automation to streamline touchpoints. The position is hands-on, requiring both creative execution and proactive communication to strengthen client relationships and increase brand visibility.

Objectives of this Role:
Strengthen client engagement through consistent outreach and feedback initiatives.
Build and grow the company’s social media presence and brand visibility.
Improve client communication and efficiency through Zoho CRM automation.
Support company growth by generating awareness and positioning the brand as a market leader in creative illumination.
Responsibilities:
Prepare professional introductory emails with company summary, testimonials, and qualifying questions.
Conduct follow-ups with clients and maintain accurate records in Zoho CRM.
Create and distribute client surveys, gather feedback, and present insights to management.
Develop and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Transform raw videos and photos provided by the team into engaging content for social media.
Produce eye-catching graphics, reels, and short-form videos with viral potential.
Draft and send personalized, value-driven email campaigns.
Update the company’s website and LinkedIn profile with fresh and relevant content.
Build Zoho CRM templates and automation workflows to enhance client onboarding and communication.
Track email campaign and social media performance, recommending improvements as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or client communications.
Proficiency in Zoho CRM, email campaigns, and automation tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Hands-on experience in content creation, video editing, and use of AI-based creative tools.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Portfolio showcasing previous content creation, design, or social media work.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Familiarity with social media algorithms and trending strategies.
Ability to analyze engagement data and optimize campaigns for performance.
Experience working with creative or design-driven industries.
Knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, or other design tools for producing marketing assets.
