We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with a proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across various roles, including technical positions, leadership roles, and executive-level placements.

This role requires deep knowledge of recruitment strategies, exceptional relationship management skills, and the ability to work with hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner.

Objectives of this role:

  • To lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for critical and high-impact positions, ensuring top-quality hires that align with organizational goals.

  • To optimize hiring processes by leveraging recruitment tools and best practices, driving efficiency, and candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical, leadership, executive, and niche roles.

  • Collaborate with the team to understand job requirements and craft effective hiring strategies.

  • Source and engage top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, networking, and direct outreach.

  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure strong alignment with role requirements and company culture.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews using tools like TidyCal, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines within Manatal CRM.

  • Track recruitment activities and report progress using Asana for workflow management.

  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand by creating a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and innovative sourcing techniques.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, including technical and leadership hiring.

  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring for executive and niche roles.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including Boolean search and talent mapping.

  • Experience using Manatal or similar recruitment platforms.

  • Familiarity with workflow and task management tools like Asana.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Knowledge of advanced sourcing tools and automation strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and improve processes.

  • Familiarity with using Manatal
