About the Role

Outsource Recruiter is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in staffing agencies, capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously across both boutique and high-volume hiring.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and can balance quality and speed while delivering top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple client accounts and requisitions
    • Handle both boutique (specialized/niche) and volume hiring requirements
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
    • Source candidates through job boards, databases, and direct outreach
    • Conduct screenings and assessments
    • Maintain candidate records in Manatal CRM
    • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
    • Track recruitment pipelines and tasks using Asana
    • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience

Required Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing agency environment
    • Proven experience handling multiple requisitions simultaneously
    • Strong background in both niche/boutique and high-volume hiring
    • Ability to source hard-to-find and specialized talent
    • Experience using Manatal or other recruitment systems
    • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience recruiting for remote or outsourced roles serving US and Canadian clients.
