This role requires deep knowledge of recruitment strategies, exceptional relationship management skills, and the ability to work with hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner.

Objectives of this role:
To lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for critical and high-impact positions, ensuring top-quality hires that align with organizational goals.
To optimize hiring processes by leveraging recruitment tools and best practices, driving efficiency, and candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical, leadership, executive, and niche roles.
Collaborate with the team to understand job requirements and craft effective hiring strategies.
Source and engage top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
Screen and assess candidates to ensure strong alignment with role requirements and company culture.
Schedule and coordinate interviews using tools like TidyCal, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Maintain and update candidate pipelines within Manatal CRM.
Track recruitment activities and report progress using Asana for workflow management.
Build and maintain a strong employer brand by creating a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and innovative sourcing techniques.
Required skills and qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, including technical and leadership hiring.
Proven success in sourcing and hiring for executive and niche roles.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including Boolean search and talent mapping.
Experience using Manatal or similar recruitment platforms.
Familiarity with workflow and task management tools like Asana.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred skills and qualifications
Knowledge of advanced sourcing tools and automation strategies.
Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and improve processes.
Familiarity with using Manatal
