This role is highly CRM-focused, phone-heavy, and operates within a paperless workflow.

Ideal for candidates who excel at building rapport, handling objections, and closing deals.

Objective of This Role

  • Convert inbound calls and CRM leads into booked moves

  • Deliver accurate, timely quotes and estimates

  • Drive consistent monthly revenue performance

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience from inquiry to post-move follow-up

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales activities (phone calls + CRM-generated leads)

  • Guide customers through the full sales cycle:

  • Answer incoming calls

  • Create quotes in Smart Moving

  • Send estimates/proposals

  • Follow up on pending quotes

  • Close sales/book moves

  • Conduct post-move follow-up

  • Request customer reviews

  • Maintain a CRM-heavy, paperless workflow

  • Provide accurate pricing and service recommendations

  • Build trust and rapport through consultative conversations

  • Perform minimal B2B outreach only when necessary (no heavy cold calling)

  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets ($50K–$100K in sales)

  • Keep CRM records updated and organized

  • Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth move coordination

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience (inside sales, inbound sales, or phone sales)

  • Strong phone presence and objection-handling ability

  • CRM proficiency required (Smart Moving experience preferred but not mandatory)

  • Experience with dialers/phone systems

  • Excellent spoken and written English (neutral/clear accent)

  • Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups

  • Commission-driven and target-oriented mindset

  • Outgoing, conversational, and customer-focused

  • Not script-dependent; able to build natural conversations

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience using Smart Moving CRM

  • Experience with Business Connect or similar phone systems

  • Experience in moving, logistics, home services, or related industries

  • Strong closing track record

  • Experience in high-volume inbound environments

Compensation:

  • Base salary + 1%–2% commission structure
