Job Title: Inside Sales Representative (B2C)

Type of Employment: Full-time (Remote)

Shift Schedule: 10:00AM - 7:00PM PST | 2:00AM - 11:00AM PHT (with a 1-hour lunch break)

Were hiring a Pre-Sales Community Specialist to convert warm leads into booked trial classes while building genuine client relationships. This role combines consultative sales and community engagement, guiding prospective members toward the right fitness experience through calls, texts, and emails.

As the first point of contact, you'll represent the brand with energy and empathy, helping leads feel supported and excited to join. You'll also support pre-sale efforts for new studios and play a direct role in driving studio growth.

Objectives of this Role

  • Convert warm leads into booked trial classes
  • Deliver fast, professional, and personable communication
  • Increase lead-to-trial conversion through consultative selling
  • Support studio pre-sales and long-term membership growth

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads (no cold calling)
  • Convert warm leads via calls, texts, and emails
  • Build rapport by understanding goals, lifestyle, and fitness needs
  • Recommend appropriate classes or memberships
  • Confirm bookings and guide clients through next steps
  • Follow up consistently with unresponsive or undecided leads
  • Nurture trial clients toward rebookings and memberships
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates and daily outreach tracking
  • Collaborate with studio managers and share lead feedback
  • Support pre-sale outreach for new studio launches

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience (fitness or wellness strongly preferred)
  • Remote sales or high-volume outreach experience
  • Fluent, professional English communication (spoken and written)
  • Strong consultative selling skills (question-based, not pushy)
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple leads
  • Proactive, goal-driven, and self-managed
  • Strong emotional intelligence and client rapport skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Boutique fitness or wellness sales experience
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Mindbody, Grasshopper, or similar)
  • Comfortable with high-volume texting and calling
  • Positive, high-energy, solution-oriented mindset
