Objective of this role:

  • To build and maintain a strong and consistent online presence across multiple platforms by creating engaging content, fostering community interaction, supporting event inquiries, and driving lead generation efforts that contribute to the growth of the businesses.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, etc.)

  • Plan, schedule, and publish a variety of content (videos, posts, graphics, BTS reels) across all platforms

  • Respond to comments and messages to build meaningful community interactions and nurture potential client relationships

  • Track and report on social media performance, including engagement metrics, inquiries, and top-performing content

  • Assist with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and basic coordination for event consultations

  • Conduct location-based tagging, implement basic SEO strategies, and perform competitor research and analysis

  • Support lead generation efforts, including researching and contacting potential clients, collaborators, and vendors

  • Handle general administrative duties and provide customer support when needed


Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail

  • Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Trello/ClickUp, Later/Metricool, and social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, etc.

  • Comfortable handling multiple admin tasks in a structured and timely manner

  • Friendly, upbeat personality with a positive, client-first attitude

  • Customer service-oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in the events industry or lifestyle/creative agency

  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel or HubSpot CRM
