Objective of this role:

  • To enhance brand visibility and engagement by driving strategic social media management, creative content creation, and effective lead generation, while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Design creative materials in Photoshop such as flyers and social media posts.

  • Project management ensuring that all Marketing project deliverables are being delivered on a timely basis

  • Post regular updates and monitor engagement on social media platforms.

  • Research and join online communities to identify potential leads.

  • Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain a content and event calendar.

  • Track and analyze social media performance to optimize strategy.

  • Ensure all graphics and content align with brand guidelines.

  • Support basic website updates and maintenance tasks on WordPress.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Photoshop for graphic design and other related tools.

  • Computer literacy and familiarity with WordPress basics.

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, X).

  • Excellent project management and time management skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

  • Strong internet connection and a laptop capable of running antivirus software and Microsoft Office.

  • Bold personality, actively contributes ideas, and thrives in a culture that values feedback and open communication.

Preferred skills and qualifications
  • Experience in lead generation through social media groups.

  • Knowledge of advanced social media analytics and strategy.

  • Creativity and a proven ability to suggest innovative ideas.

  • Previous exposure to the coaching business industry is an advantage but not 

    required.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and SEO is a plus.
