Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle emails, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly.

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and vacation tracking across teams and time zones.

  • Perform data entry, timesheet validation, and track client/team tasks.

  • Maintain digital files and internal documentation.

  • Support project launches with document prep and tracking.

  • Draft reports, proposals, and communications.

  • Coordinate workflows and follow-ups to ensure accountability.

  • Use Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, SharePoint, and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).

  • Recommend process improvements to boost efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in admin or office support roles.

  • Strong multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

  • Able to work independently with shifting priorities.

  • Experience with CRMs and document management tools.

  • Reliable internet and updated computer setup.
