The Social Media & Marketing Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing the digital presence and brand strategy for both the CEO and the company. This position is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented marketer with a strong passion for social media, digital marketing, and content creation. The role involves managing multiple platforms, creating engaging content, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring consistent, professional branding that positions the CEO and company as trusted thought leaders in the commercial real estate space. Operating remotely on EST and reporting directly to the CEO, this role offers a high level of autonomy, impact, and growth within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Objectives of this role:
To strategically manage and elevate the online presence of both the company and the CEO across multiple social media platforms. This role will focus on creating engaging content that positions the CEO as a thought leader in the commercial real estate and investment sectors, creating a strong personal brand, and manage the company online and general marketing needs.
Responsibilities:
Manage social media accounts for the company and CEO (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)
Coordinate and create platform-specific content
Schedule and post content 23 times per week
Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and connection requests
Track and report on engagement, reach, and follower growth
Collaborate with internal teams to gather updates and create relevant posts
Work with designers or use tools like Canva to develop visual content
Align content with business milestones and industry news
Design print marketing materials and run campaigns as needed
Build sales funnels to attract investors
Design and send monthly newsletters to investors
Required skills and qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management and content creation, ideally in commercial real estate and/or thought leadership
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and content creation tools (e.g., Canva)
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft content that aligns with a professional tone and branding
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple social media accounts and content calendars
Experience in tracking performance and adjusting strategies based on data
