We are looking for a proactive Marketing Consultant to boost our market presence and drive business growth. The role involves strategically promoting our products and services on platforms like online marketplaces, LinkedIn, and government websites to generate sustained traction with minimal daily effort. Additionally, the consultant will develop new business channels and build partnerships in the ERP, CRM, and integration product sectors.

Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop, implement, and manage strategies across SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
- Strategic Product Placement:
- Identify and secure opportunities on marketplaces, LinkedIn, and industry-specific platforms to enhance visibility and drive automated advertising.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Continuously research strategic platforms, including government and industry-specific sites, to align with company services. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Campaign Optimization:
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and refine campaigns to improve ROI and achieve measurable results.
- Channel Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to create new business channels for ERP, CRM, and integration products. Explore innovative approaches to expand market reach and capture new customer segments.
- Partnership Management:
- Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with organizations in the ERP, CRM, and integration sectors. Maintain and nurture these relationships to expand service offerings and ensure mutual growth.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Oversee budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure efficient campaign execution.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in strategic marketing, business development, and partnership management.
- Demonstrated success in placing products on various platforms and developing new business channels
- Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and integration products and services.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn marketing, including campaign development and analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Hubspot, Apollo.io, and Dynamics365 CRM
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to adapt in a startup environment and understand potential hiccups.
- Experience in working with companies specializing in ERP and CRM solutions or related fields.
