The objective of this job:

The SDR will be crucial in generating new business by engaging potential clients through cold calls and email outreach. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for sales. The specialist will focus on building relationships and scheduling appointments to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce the companys products and services, qualify leads, and set appointments for further discussions.
  • Email Outreach: Craft and send compelling email campaigns to targeted prospects, follow up on initial contacts, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Follow-Up: Manage and track outreach efforts, including follow-up calls and emails, ensuring timely and effective communication to set up appointments.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with company goals and share insights on prospect feedback.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on outreach activities, lead status, and conversion metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound sales focusing on cold calling, and appointment setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with no to little accent, allowing for effective rapport building and objection handling.
  • Proficiency with CRM and mass emailing tools, to create, send, and track email campaigns.
  • Proven ability to qualify and disqualify leads effectively, even in challenging situations.
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, resilient, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
