We are seeking a proactive and articulate Appointment Setter to support outreach and scheduling efforts with financial advisors. This role involves setting qualified 15-minute appointments between a fund manager and advisors at firms such as LPL and Schwab. These calls are intended to introduce a financial product and generate interest in potential investment opportunities.

Objective of this role:

  • Schedule qualified appointments per day with financial advisors

  • Engage prospects through phone and email outreach

  • Ensure smooth handoff and confirmation of scheduled meetings

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively contact a provided list of financial advisors via phone and email

  • Use approved scripts and tailor messaging where appropriate

  • Schedule and confirm 15-minute calls, coordinating calendars efficiently

  • Track communication and appointment activity using CRM or scheduling tools

  • Provide regular updates on outreach progress and appointments set

  • Represent the company professionally in all client-facing communication

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Working experience in appointment setting, sales, or business development

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

  • Clear speaking voice with minimal accent

  • Proficiency in scheduling tools like Calendly or Google Calendar, and calling platforms like RingCentral

  • Strong organization, time management, and follow-up skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet performance goals

  • Comfortable handling objections and rejection

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Experience using CRM tools or lead tracking systems

  • Background in financial services or investment-related industries

  • Familiarity with mutual funds or similar financial products

  • Prior experience in SDR, lead generation, or outbound calling roles
