Shift Schedule: 9AM-5PM CST M-F
The ASO VA will play a key role in driving revenue and engagement by generating leads, managing inbound inquiries, and converting prospects into customers. Objectives of this role:
Generate and convert leads through phone, email, and social media while supporting daily sales operations and client engagement.
Responsibilities:
Perform cold calls to generate and qualify leads using provided scripts
Convert inbound leads from CRM and social channels into booked consultations
Respond promptly to messages and inquiries on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
Manage the general inbox and voicemail, forwarding urgent messages to the GM or owner
Set short Zoom calls with prospects requesting callbacks
Update CRM pipelines and maintain accurate lead tracking
Create and manage spreadsheets for balance sheets, expenses, and lead records
Present confidently via phone or screen share using tools like PowerPoint
Collaborate closely with the General Manager
Required skills and qualifications:
2+ years of sales or administrative experience in a virtual or client-facing role
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) with high energy and clear tone
Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and phone-based selling
Familiarity with CRM tools (Mindbody, GPS, or similar) and social platforms (FB, IG)
Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel)
Comfortable managing tasks independently and escalating priorities when needed
Preferred skills and qualifications
Experience in the fitness, training, or sports performance industry
Familiarity with NCAA athletic programs or strength/conditioning products
Experience using PowerPoint or demo tools for presentations
Prior work with small fitness studios, gyms, or performance centers
Social media engagement skills for community management and lead nurturing
