Objective of this role:

  • To optimize SEO and Google Ads tactics, driving webinar sign-ups and qualified leads while maximizing ROI. This role will focus on improving website performance, enhancing conversion rates, and utilizing data-driven insights to align marketing efforts with business growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

SEO & Website Optimization (Lead Generation Focus)

  • Optimize the website and landing pages to drive webinar sign-ups and lead conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, implement on-page and off-page SEO.
  • Optimize website speed, structure, and mobile responsiveness to enhance user experience and maximize conversion rates.
  • Use SEO tools like SEMrush, Google Search Console to track performance.
  • Create and optimize blog content for search rankings and lead generation.

Google Ads & PPC Management (Webinar Attendance Focus)

  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive webinar sign-ups and qualified leads.
  • Test different ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates.
  • Implement retargeting to capture interested users who did not sign up initially.
  • Optimize ad spend for maximum ROI and track campaign performance.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad copy, CTAs, and funnels.
  • Awareness of LinkedIn Ads is a plus but not required.

Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Implement, configure, and troubleshoot Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel.
  • Ensure tracking pixels and event conversions are firing correctly on all campaign pages.
  • Extract reports on traffic, ad performance, and lead conversions.
  • Identify user behavior patterns to optimize landing pages, email sequences, and digital funnels.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven hands-on experience in both SEO and Google Ads (PPC campaign execution is required).
  • Expertise in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Search Console).
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to improve performance.
  • Experience in conversion tracking, bid strategy, and audience targeting.
  • Basic website maintenance skills (no advanced development required).
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
