Objectives of this role:
The Seasoned HR Generalist will oversee onboarding, provide ongoing team support, and, if needed, assist in recruitment to ensure smooth talent acquisition, seamless integration, and strong employee engagement. This role will serve as a key point of contact for both clients and offshore teams, fostering accountability and optimizing workforce performance.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between clients and offshore teams, addressing communication and cultural challenges to bridge any initial gaps.
- Provide talent integration support, including access to onboarding templates, 1:1 assistance in creating a 30-60-90 day onboarding plan, and software recommendations with setup assistance. (Clients remain responsible for directly paying their talent.)
- Implement accountability measures to monitor team engagement and performance, ensuring full utilization and adherence to commitments.
- Apply a trust but verify approach to prevent issues such as multiple job commitments and unreported challenges.
- Ensure timely resolution of client and team concerns, guaranteeing responses within 24 hours.
- Provide ongoing Team Lead Support, acting as a dedicated point of contact to maintain productivity and resolve unique challenges.
- Deliver monthly reports to clients, including utilization reports, 1:1 notes, monthly survey results, and key takeaways to optimize workforce performance.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Solid experience in an HR Generalist role (minimum of 3 years).
- Strong understanding of hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge cultural gaps.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

- Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience
