The Candidate Sourcer will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to support Outsource Recruiters mission of simplifying the hiring process. This role focuses on building a strong candidate pipeline through diverse sourcing strategies while ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience. The Candidate Sourcer will help businesses connect with quality outsourced talent, one hire at a time.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates across different channels using Boolean search and automated sourcing strategies.
- Conduct social media sourcing to connect with potential talent.
- Utilize tools and extensions like Snov.io or Apollo.io to gather candidate information.
- Respond to applicants inquiries, ensuring clear and prompt communication.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience in talent sourcing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
- Proficient in using Boolean search on LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools like Snov.io or Apollo.io.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Nice to have:
- Experience in recruitment processes, such as profile screening and conducting interviews.
- Personal paid subscription to LinkedIn for enhanced sourcing capabilities.
