We're hiring an Accountant to manage the company’s key financial tasks. You’ll handle everything from financial reporting to budgeting and payroll, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Objectives of this role:
Payroll and financials are completed on time with high accuracy.
Quarterly budgets are delivered successfully.
Tasks are effectively transitioned from the accounting company.
Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements. Ensure compliance with regulations.
Budgeting: Create and manage budgets. Forecast and analyze variances.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimize cash flow.
Compliance: Keep all financial activities in line with internal and external rules.
Payroll: Oversee payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Month-End Close: Lead month-end financial closing, including reconciliations.
Client Collaboration: Work with clients to handle financial projects and transitions.
Required skills and qualifications:
CPA in the Philippines is required.
Proficient in Xero.
Experience with Canadian or US companies is preferred.
Familiarity with Plooto and Fathom is a plus, but not required.
Strong skills in data manipulation and reconciliation.
Experience in financial reporting and budgeting.
Proactive in identifying and addressing accounting needs.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
