The Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This position requires a creative, analytical individual who can collaborate with various departments to achieve marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • General marketing experience, including the development of digital and traditional marketing strategies

  • Experience with CRM and mass marketing software for campaign management

  • Create and manage content for various platforms, including posts, print materials, digital assets, and business releases

  • Measure return on investment for marketing activities

  • Coordinate and manage events for the sales team, including trade shows and webinars

  • Manage email campaigns and direct mail marketing efforts

  • Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, email)

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, offering insights for campaign optimization

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, recruiting, and customer service

  • Plan and execute marketing events to boost brand visibility

  • Support sales efforts through geofencing and targeted campaigns

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing, content creation, and social media management

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative and CRM software

  • Experience with mass marketing tools and campaign management

  • Strong organizational and event coordination skills

  • Ability to analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Positive attitude and personality

  • Proactive and able to take initiative

Preferred skills and qualifications
  • Experience in the service industry or a related field

  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and geofencing

  • Background in market research and competitor analysis
