Objective of this role:

  • The Sales Development Representative plays a vital role in driving pipeline growth through targeted outbound efforts. This role will be responsible for generating qualified leads, setting discovery calls, and supporting the sales funnel from the top


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to key decision-makers across industries to introduce our platform, qualify interest, and book discovery demos

  • Write and send personalized cold emails, use automation tools for sequences, and follow up effectively to nurture leads

  • Identify pain points and assess whether prospects are a good fit for the software

  • Accurately document all communications, outcomes, and lead data in HubSpot

  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, test different approaches and share field insights that can inform ongoing campaign strategies

  • Monitor metrics such as conversion rates, booked meetings, and engagement


Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales - preferably in a high-velocity B2B environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRMs

  • Familiarity with outreach tools like Apollo, Reply, or Woodpecker

  • Proven track record of booking meetings and qualifying leads

  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment

  • Self-starter with a resilient attitude, curiosity about software and tech, and a hunger to grow in a sales role

Nice to have:

  • Experience writing cold email templates or outreach sequences

  • Proficiency in Canva or similar tools for simple visual email assets

  • Familiarity with lead sourcing platforms like Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo

  • Background in sales development for workflow automation, productivity tools, or B2B software
