Objectives of this role:

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, data entry, and reconciliation, using QuickBooks Online.

  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, while efficiently handling accounts receivable and invoicing processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping: Maintain and manage financial records using QuickBooks Online, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

  • Financial Oversight: Assist in monitoring and understanding the company's financial health.

  • Data Entry: Input financial data, transactions, and invoices into relevant systems with precision.

  • Invoicing & Accounts Management: Prepare and send invoices, manage accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P), and reconcile accounts as necessary.

  • Report Generation: Generate financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets, on a regular basis.

  • Email Management: Respond to finance-related inquiries and manage communication with vendors and clients.

  • Bank Reconciliation: Conduct reconciliations of bank statements to verify the accuracy of financial records.

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support related to financial operations.


Required skills and qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Bookkeeper or Finance Assistant.

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Office365

  • Familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage.

  • Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks on time.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

  • Critical thinking and sound judgment.
