This position plays a vital role in enhancing tenant satisfaction and operational flow, supporting the maintenance team, and tenants for seamless property management.

Objectives of this role:

  • Respond efficiently to tenant maintenance inquiries and requests.

  • Coordinate and track maintenance activities for timely completion.

  • Facilitate clear, consistent communication between tenants, office staff, and the maintenance team.

  • Contribute to a positive tenant experience by streamlining the maintenance process.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to tenant communications via email, calls, texts/WhatsApp, and AppFolio.

  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance requests based on team availability.

  • Serve as the main point of contact between office staff, the maintenance team, and tenants to ensure information flow.

  • Manage maintenance requests to completion through AppFolio and conduct follow-ups as needed.

  • Build and maintain positive tenant relationships through a service-oriented approach.


Required skills and qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills.

  • Excellent customer service skills, with effective communication across multiple platforms, including WhatsApp.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite.

  • Ability to learn and use tools like AppFolio, Asana, and Vonage for maintenance coordination and tracking.

  • Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace for phone calls.

  • Ability to conduct Zoom calls with the team.

Preferred skills and qualifications
  • Experience in property management or a similar field.

  • Prior knowledge of AppFolio, Asana, or Vonage (training provided if necessary).
