Objectives of this role:

  • Support backend operations and ensure coaches tasks are tracked and completed efficiently.

  • Assist with launching services and maintaining a well-organized calendar and meeting schedule.

  • Proactively send reminders to team members and suggest improvements to optimize current processes.

  • Uphold established workflows and procedures.

  • Manage basic project tasks and ensure confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Track client-related tasks and follow up to ensure timely progress.

  • Provide support in launching services and managing basic projects including report creation..

  • Send reminders and maintain accountability across team members.

  • Handle office tasks such as drafting documents and managing files.

  • Use tools like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and HubSpot to support daily tasks.

  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements.

  • Organize and manage coaches calendars, scheduling meetings efficiently across multiple time zones.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to see the big picture and identify areas for contribution.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.

  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.

  • Ability to make decisions and take initiative independently.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Computer literate with advanced technical skills.

  • Strong internet connection and a laptop capable of running antivirus software and Microsoft Office.

  • Bold personality, actively contributes ideas, and thrives in a culture that values feedback and open communication.

Preferred skills and qualifications
  • Experience in project management.

  • Previous exposure to the coaching business industry is an advantage but not required.

  • Familiarity with HubSpot basics is a plus
