Objectives of this role:
Provide exceptional customer service through efficient email correspondence, scheduling, and lead qualification.
Manage projects by organizing and reviewing customer-related documents, creating action plans, and ensuring timely execution.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email and schedule meetings or calls.
Qualify and follow up on potential leads.
Organize, review, and format project documents, ensuring grammar and accuracy.
Create and outline action items for project execution.
Required skills and qualifications:
Strong customer service and administrative skills, including email correspondence and scheduling.
Proficiency in project management tasks such as document organization and action item tracking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Ability to quickly learn and effectively use tools like GetMyTime, CompanyCam, and Adobe.
High accountability, initiative, and a self-starter mindset.
On-time and accurate delivery of projects and tasks.
Ability to take direction, expand on provided information, and execute tasks effectively without constant supervision.
Preferred skills and qualifications
Basic knowledge of tile, flooring, installation, or construction-related activities.
Marketing knowledge, including social media management and content creation.
Experience with LinkedIn updates and blog/article writing
Proficiency in updating and maintaining WIX websites, including managing blog posts, articles, and optimizing for SEO.
