Objectives of this role:

The HR Assistant will focus on HR administrative responsibilities, assisting with onboarding, recruitment coordination, and employee record management. This role will support smooth talent integration and workforce organization while ensuring compliance with company policies and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, processing documents, and updating HR databases.

  • Support talent integration, including preparing onboarding materials, organizing documentation, and assisting with software setup.

  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including scheduling and conducting interviews, screening resumes, and maintaining applicant records.

  • Track and update employee engagement and performance data, ensuring accurate documentation for reporting.

  • Assist in compiling reports on workforce utilization, onboarding progress, and key HR metrics.

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and support process improvements for better efficiency.

  • Act as a point of contact for basic employee inquiries, escalating concerns when necessary.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • No HR experience required

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience in recruitment

  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

  • Ability to work independently and manage administrative responsibilities efficiently.
