We are seeking an experienced Ads Manager to oversee our paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven ad strategies, optimizing campaign performance, and driving measurable results to support our overall marketing and growth objectives.

Objective of this role:

  • This role involves developing and executing paid advertising strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a focus on continuous performance monitoring and data-driven optimization to improve ROI. The position also requires collaboration with the business owner and social media team to align messaging with brand goals, regular reporting on campaign impact, and staying informed on industry trends and platform updates.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, audience targeting, and budget allocation

  • Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, etc.) and make data-driven optimizations to improve results

  • Collaborate with the social media team to ensure ad creatives and messaging are on-brand and resonating with the target audience

  • Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance, ROI, and recommendations for improvement

  • Stay informed on platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends to identify new opportunities and optimize strategies

  • Communicate campaign progress and recommendations to the business owner


Required skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing successful paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms

  • Proven track record of driving measurable results and improving campaign performance

  • In-depth understanding of ad platform algorithms, targeting options, and optimization best practices

  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address performance issues

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the broader marketing team

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Experience working with small businesses or in the creative/arts industry

  • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and how it can complement paid advertising efforts

  • Familiarity with other digital advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

  • Understanding of content marketing and social media strategies

  • Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint
