The Commercial Real Estate Marketing VA will lead and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, HTML design, and marketing automation. This is a hands-on role for a creative, organized self-starter who can manage the marketing calendar and deliver consistent campaigns with minimal direction.

Objectives of this role:
Automate and streamline marketing operations
Execute consistent, visually engaging marketing campaigns
Offload day-to-day tasks from leadership
Serve as the back-end support for the marketing function
Responsibilities:
Design and run email campaigns using tools like Canva, BeeFree, and Brevo
Manage and maintain a marketing calendar with timely campaign execution
Build and implement HTML email templates and workflows
Design and edit visuals using Canva
Organize marketing operations and maintain documentation using Google Suite
Identify process improvements and make recommendations to increase efficiency
Communicate with clarity and confidence, both written and verbal
Stay proactive in anticipating tasks without the need for constant feedback
Required skills and qualifications:
Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to contribute to a growing business
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient in Canva, Salesforce, and email marketing platforms
Strong written and spoken English communication
Ability to follow through independently and consistently
Quick learner with an aptitude for mastering new platforms

- Proactive in completing tasks and managing responsibilities independently
Preferred skills and qualifications
Background or passion in real estate
Experience with Brevo, BeeFree, and Salesforce
Prior experience in marketing roles or administrative roles supporting real estate
Comfortable with HTML design and cross-platform asset implementation
Multi-monitor setup is preferred for increased productivity
