We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining our internal operations, processes, and systems to drive efficiency and profitability. As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with the CEO to implement strategic initiatives and manage cross-functional projects.

Objectives of this role:
Serve as the "integrator" and right-hand to the CEO, bridging the gap between sales, operations, and back-office functions
Optimize and standardize internal processes, workflows, and systems to improve productivity and reduce costs
Provide oversight and accountability for the customer service, dispatch, and logistics teams
Identify areas for automation and technology-driven solutions to enhance the customer experience
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the different departments, such as the customer service, dispatch, and logistics teams
Implement process improvements and new systems/tools to streamline operations
Monitor key performance metrics and financial data to identify opportunities for optimization
Serve as the main point of contact for vendor/supplier management and contract negotiations
Provide coaching and mentorship to help develop and upskill the operations team
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, accounting, and other departments
Assist the CEO with strategic planning and the execution of key initiatives
Required skills and qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of management experience in the copier/printer industry
Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements
Strong project management, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with all levels of the organization
Proficient in using technology and data to inform decision-making
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred skills and qualifications
Experience with ERP/CRM systems and process automation
Familiarity with the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework
Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
