Objectives of this role:

  • Offload client communication and administrative work from the core team

  • Streamline the quoting and onboarding process for new and existing leads

  • Act as a liaison between the technical team and clients to ensure clarity and smooth project execution

  • Enhance outreach and lead generation processes


Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to client messages, emails, and calls

  • Manage CRM entries and follow-ups for new leads

  • Provide quotes to clients using prebuilt SOPs

  • Conduct outreach to local businesses for lead generation

  • Assist in project scheduling and coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for general client inquiries


Required skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent phone and email etiquette

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Proficiency in tools such as Go High Level, Outlook, and ClickUp

  • Ability to manage client expectations and communicate effectively

  • Comfortable working independently and handling administrative tasks

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Background in business development or account management

  • Familiarity with service-based industries such as spas, construction, or digital marketing
