Key Responsibilities:
Support the creation and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
Assist in managing email marketing, newsletters, and CRM contact segmentation.
Create and publish content for social media, websites, and print materials.
Help coordinate webinars, trade shows, and other promotional events.Track campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
Research competitors, market trends, and customer preferences.
Work closely with sales, operations, and recruiting teams to align marketing initiatives.
Support branding efforts and ensure consistency across materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation software.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable marketing insights.
Skilled in managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Positive, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in service-based industries or related fields.
Familiarity with email marketing tools and social media management.
Background in market research and competitor analysis.
Basic graphic design and content editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
Event coordination experience.
