Objectives of this role:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers or clients
Identify and qualify potential leads based on set criteria
Help fill the sales pipeline by setting appointments or passing warm leads to the sales team
Gather relevant information and document all call activities in the CRM
Responsibilities:
Make 150300 outbound calls daily using a dialer or manual calling system
Follow scripts to build rapport and gather key information
Ask qualifying questions to assess interest and suitability
Record detailed notes and lead statuses in the CRM or tracking tool
Overcome objections professionally and maintain call volume targets
Set appointments or escalate warm leads to the appropriate team
Participate in regular team check-ins and submit performance updates
Required skills and qualifications:
3+ year of cold calling, telemarketing, or sales experience
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Comfortable with outbound calling and handling objections
Familiarity with CRM tools and/or dialer systems
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection
Preferred skills and qualifications
Background in customer service or lead generation
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or CallTools
Prior experience working in a remote or virtual team setting
