Objectives of this role:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers or clients

  • Identify and qualify potential leads based on set criteria

  • Help fill the sales pipeline by setting appointments or passing warm leads to the sales team

  • Gather relevant information and document all call activities in the CRM

Responsibilities:

  • Make 150300 outbound calls daily using a dialer or manual calling system

  • Follow scripts to build rapport and gather key information

  • Ask qualifying questions to assess interest and suitability

  • Record detailed notes and lead statuses in the CRM or tracking tool

  • Overcome objections professionally and maintain call volume targets

  • Set appointments or escalate warm leads to the appropriate team

  • Participate in regular team check-ins and submit performance updates

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ year of cold calling, telemarketing, or sales experience

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

  • Comfortable with outbound calling and handling objections

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and/or dialer systems

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented

  • Reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Background in customer service or lead generation

  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or CallTools

  • Prior experience working in a remote or virtual team setting
