Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00AM – 7:00PM CST (with 1-hour break) | 11:00PM – 8:00AM PHT with occasional weekend calling  

We are seeking a high-performing Real Estate Sales Specialist who can consistently generate and close deals primarily through phone and text outreach. This is a consultative, relationship-driven role; many prospects are disengaged and have given up on solving the property situation (heirs, liens, back taxes, legal complexity). Your job is to build rapport, uncover the real story, explain options, and confidently guide the conversation to a signed deed. This is not a rigid script environment; it requires strong initiative, persistence, and the ability to problem-solve without hand-holding.

About the Employer:

A real estate acquisition business that helps property owners and heirs solve complex, often stressful property problems (family ownership, liens, taxes, title issues) before the situation worsens, creating a win-win outcome by taking on problems sellers don't know how to solve.

Objective of this role:

  • Generate and close deals primarily through phone and text outreach
  • Build trust quickly and move conversations toward clear next steps
  • Convert qualified sellers by confidently closing and securing signed documents
  • Operate independently, solving problems and escalating issues appropriately

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with sellers
  • Build rapport fast and maintain a professional, confident phone presence
  • Read between the lines to uncover the real issues (family dynamics, fear of lawsuits, back taxes, liens, confusion)
  • Explain the process simply and clearly (no overcomplication)
  • Drive urgency and commitment—close for next steps and signed documents
  • Track conversations, outcomes, and follow‑ups in Podio (CRM) and related tools
  • Maintain persistence and consistency to hit outreach and closing targets

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in sales roles that require persistence and closing (appointment setting, inside sales, outbound SDR/BDR, etc.)
  • Proven ability to build rapport over the phone and handle objections calmly
  • Strong situational awareness and ability to read conversations
  • Ability to explain complex topics in simple, clear language
  • Closing ability: can confidently ask for commitment and get documents signed
  • Strong autonomy: problem-solver who can work independently
  • Flawless English (spoken and written)
  • Strong phone sales skills (cold outreach + follow-up discipline)

Success in the first 90 days looks like: 

  • Taking over and closing existing warm pipeline deals in the first few weeks.
  • Consistently hitting daily outreach targets without supervision. 
  • Securing a steady flow of signed deeds and assignments each month.

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Real estate or title-related exposure is a plus, but not required
