A growing e-commerce brand is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the creation and maintenance of product and marketing assets, including B2B catalogs, packaging, and digital content. This is a part-time, project-based remote role with the potential to evolve depending on performance and business needs. The designer will work directly with the COO and collaborate closely with the marketing and web design team.

Objectives of this role:

  • Own the end-to-end design and updates of B2B catalogs and packaging

  • Support digital design needs including ads, emails, and Amazon A+ content

  • Ensure cohesive branding and deliver high-quality assets on time

Responsibilities:

  • Design, update, and maintain seasonal product catalogs and individual line sheets

  • Refresh and maintain packaging designs to align with updated branding

  • Support digital design projects (e.g., emails, Amazon A+ content, online advertisements)

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and web design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

  • Maintain clear version control and organized design files

  • Present ideas and design directions with clarity and confidence

  • Report directly to the COO and follow a structured design workflow

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in marketing, e-commerce, or consumer goods

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign

  • Intermediate proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Google Suite

  • Strong sense of color, layout, and typography

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills in English

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

  • Previous experience working remotely and collaborating across teams

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Familiarity with packaging design and print-ready file preparation

  • Experience working with consumer product brands or lifestyle brands

  • Previous experience working with North American teams
