We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to convert warm and cold leads into qualified buyer and seller appointments for our licensed agents. This role requires mastery of lead conversion systems, exceptional communication skillsespecially via textand strong experience with CRM platforms like Follow Up Boss. You will be a key player in driving our sales pipeline by strategically managing, nurturing, and converting leads.

Objectives of this role:
To strategically follow up with, nurture, and convert leads into scheduled qualified appointments for licensed agents using proven conversion systems, communication tools, and CRM platforms, while consistently meeting outreach and appointment-setting targets.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and follow up with warm and cold leads via phone, text, and email using scripts and proven systems.
Manage and nurture leads in Follow Up Boss CRM to maintain organized and timely communication.
Maintain structured follow-up sequences, touchpoint schedules, and detailed lead progression tracking.
Set and confirm qualified buyer and seller appointments for licensed agents.
Excel at text-based communication with casual yet professional messaging tailored to the client demographic.
Track and report conversion metrics and performance data.
Use tools such as CallAction or similar dialer/engagement systems to increase efficiency and conversions.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion strategies.
Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly outreach and appointment-setting goals.
Required skills and qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a real estate ISA role with proven lead generation and conversion success.
Hands-on experience with Follow Up Boss CRM (non-negotiable).
Exceptional texting skills and strong phone presence with clear, professional English.
Familiarity with US real estate terminology and processes.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high lead volumes.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
Preferred skills and qualifications
Experience with RealScout platform.
Proficiency with CallAction or similar lead engagement tools.
In-depth knowledge of the Southern California real estate market.
Previous experience in boutique or luxury real estate environments.
