We're looking for a Graphic Designer who will translate trend direction into on-brand, sellable product lines. In this execution-focused role, you'll take customer and seasonal trend decks and develop fresh prints, patterns, and CAD-ready artwork using our existing products and templates as the foundation.
You'll work closely with our Lead Designer to ensure designs are trend-driven, brand-aligned, and production-ready, supporting kitchen textile and hydration product lines. This role may also support packaging artwork and occasional logo creation as needed.

Objectives of this role:
Create trend-driven, on-brand print and pattern designs that support new and seasonal product lines
- Translate customer trend decks into commercially viable, production-ready artwork using existing products and dielines
Deliver clean, accurate design files with speed and strong attention to detail
Support additional brand assets as needed, including packaging artwork and logos
Responsibilities:
Review and interpret customer and seasonal trend decks to identify relevant themes, colors, and motifs
Design new prints and repeat patterns while maintaining brand consistency
Build cohesive product lines or collections aligned with trend and product strategy
Apply artwork to the provided product templates and build customer/seasonal CAD decks
Produce production-ready files (proper layers, formats, naming conventions, and organization)
Iterate quickly based on feedback and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Research trends and inspiration during slower periods
(As needed) Create packaging artwork and adapt designs to packaging requirements
(As needed) Create or refine logo artwork and other supporting brand assets
Required skills and qualifications:
Strong creative instincts with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to take a trend deck and translate it into a cohesive product line or collection
Strong understanding of print and pattern design, including repeat patterns and layout considerations
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (must-have)
Excellent file organization and production-ready handoff skills (layers, formats, versioning)
Ability to communicate clearly, take direction well, and apply feedback quickly
Commitment to creating original artwork only (no copied or reused designs)
Preferred skills and qualifications
Experience designing for consumer products, packaging, or print production workflows
Familiarity with trend research and seasonal or customer-driven collections
Strong typography and logo design fundamentals
