We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated E-Commerce Digital Marketing Assistant who will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day of third-party marketplace operations and managing the companys social media presence. This role focuses on optimizing product listings, monitoring performance, and driving sales growth while ensuring a strong brand reputation. The position works closely with the E-Commerce Director to maximize efficiency, strengthen online presence, and contribute to the companys continued growth.

Objectives of this role:
Drive e-commerce growth by managing all product listings and social media channels for the companys two brands across retail, commercial, and e-commerce segments, creating engaging content, and collaborating with teams to strengthen online presence, boost customer engagement, and increase sales.
Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Management & Marketing Support
Assist in managing and supporting third-party accounts (Amazon Seller/Vendor, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, Wayfair, Overstock, eBay).
Ensure smooth operations and strong vendor relationships.
Optimize ads and conduct market/competitor research to strengthen brand visibility and drive sales.
- Product Content Optimization
Maintain high-quality product listings, including descriptions, titles, bullet points, meta tags, and images.
Create product images to accurately illustrate listing descriptions.
Enhance customer experience, reduce returns, and drive conversions.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track and analyze product performance metrics (ASIN data, rankings, ratings, reviews, returns).
Run monthly and ad-hoc reports.
Provide insights to improve account performance.
- Social Media Management
Manage all social media channels for the companys two brands, covering retail, commercial, and e-commerce segments.
Support the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across all company social media platforms.
Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and interactions to build community and increase brand awareness.
Develop and implement strategies to grow followers, engagement, and conversions across multiple platforms.
Ensure brand voice, values, and messaging are consistent across all social media activity.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
Collaborate with internal teams (Commercial, Retail, and E-commerce) to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
- Inventory & Vendor Coordination
Maintain daily inventory updates across all channels.
Submit inventory reports daily.
Support vendor communication to ensure accurate stock levels and timely fulfillment.
Required skills and qualifications:
1 to 2 years of prior experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
Marketing degree or equivalent.
At least 1 year of direct experience with Amazon Seller or similar marketplaces (preferred)
Hands-on experience creating and optimizing product listings, images, and customer experiences.
Experience listing products on platforms such as Etsy, eBay, Shopify, Amazon, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Creating reports, pivot table, YOY comparison data, data analyzes, bulk editing, listing templates).
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with a sense of urgency, problem-solving ability, and adaptability.
Self-starter who can work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision.

Experience with social media management
Basic image & video editing skills
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms
Preferred skills and qualifications
Adobe Photoshop skills
Knowledge of Acumatica (a plus)
Prior experience in e-commerce operations.
Familiarity with content strategy and digital marketing best practices.
Ability to create engaging video content.
Experience working in a small, collaborative team environment.
