Shift Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (New York or California Time Zone)

We are seeking a highly experienced Real Estate Relocation Coordinator with a strong background in managing and distributing residential real estate leads within major U.S. brokerages.

This is a specialized role requiring hands-on experience with national referral and relocation platforms, ensuring leads are properly assigned, tracked, and optimized to maximize conversion and agent performance.

Objectives of this Role

  • Manage and distribute inbound real estate leads efficiently

  • Ensure accurate tracking and follow-through of all assigned leads

  • Maintain strong coordination between agents and referral networks

  • Optimize lead conversion through proper routing and monitoring

  • Support brokerage-level lead management systems and processes

Responsibilities

Lead Management & Distribution

  • Assign and distribute incoming real estate leads to appropriate agents

  • Monitor lead progress and ensure timely follow-up

  • Maintain accurate records of lead status and outcomes

Platform Management

  • Operate and manage lead distribution systems such as:

    • AnywheRE (eRelocation)

    • Leads Engine (Realogy)

    • Broker Center (Cartus)

    • Global Referral Network (Sotheby’s International Realty)

    • CIH Network (Compass Real Estate)

Coordination & Communication

  • Act as the liaison between relocation networks, agents, and internal teams

  • Ensure all stakeholders are updated on lead assignments and status

  • Maintain high-quality communication with agents and partners

Performance Tracking

  • Track lead conversion and performance metrics

  • Identify gaps and improve lead handling processes

  • Ensure compliance with brokerage and referral network standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Relocation Coordinator or Leads Manager in U.S. residential real estate

  • Experience working within large brokerages (not small teams or solo agents)

  • Strong familiarity with at least one of the following platforms:

    • AnywheRE (eRelocation)

    • Leads Engine

    • Broker Center

    • Global Referral Network

    • CIH Network

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage high-volume lead flow with accuracy

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience working with top brokerages such as:

    • Sotheby’s International Realty

    • Compass

    • Coldwell Banker

  • Multi-platform experience across relocation/referral systems

  • Strong understanding of U.S. residential real estate workflows

  • Experience handling national or global referral networks
