Objectives of this role:

  • Serve as the primary owner of e-commerce growth and performance.

  • Standardize and optimize online processes to improve conversion and reduce costs.

  • Lead seasonal and evergreen campaigns to acquire and retain customers.

  • Ensure marketplace and storefront listings are polished, MAP-compliant, and conversion-focused.

  • Use data to drive iterative improvements in pricing, promotions, and UX.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Shopify storefront and ensure a conversion-optimized UX (product pages, checkout flow, bundling).

  • Plan and execute digital growth campaigns (SEO, paid social/search, email/SMS) and seasonal promotions.

  • Oversee marketplace listings and compliance (Reverb, Amazon, etc.).

  • Monitor KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, CLV, ROAS) and translate insights into experiments and action plans.

  • Coordinate vendor management, third-party integrations, and inventory workflows with ops tools.

  • Create reporting dashboards and provide regular performance updates to leadership.

  • Lead and mentor any direct reports or external vendors/agencies.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance on pricing, promos, and fulfillment.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years leading e-commerce growth with proven Shopify experience.

  • Hands-on experience with marketplaces (Amazon, Reverb, or similar).

  • Strong analytical skills comfortable working with GA4, Excel/Google Sheets and dashboards.

  • Demonstrated success improving conversion (CRO) and paid campaign ROI.

  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Experience with SkuVault, ListingMirror, or similar ops/inventory tools (can be taught).

  • Klaviyo or equivalent email/SMS platform experience.

  • Familiarity with EOS framework and/or Lean/Six Sigma principles.

  • Experience with ERP/CRM integrations and marketing automation.
