Type of employment: Part-time to start (30–60 hours/month)
Shift Schedule: Flexible but preferred at least 4 hours daily overlap with 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM U.S. hours
A remote assistant role supporting executive operations and Walmart Marketplace store management, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven execution. You will help keep priorities, communication, and follow-ups organized while also managing core e-commerce workflows—product research, listings, pricing, performance tracking, and operational coordination—to support growth and efficiency.

The client is a fractional go-to-market advisory that builds AI tools and go-to-market engines for early-stage startups, and also backs founders through an angel portfolio of 10+ investments across sectors like healthcare, B2B SaaS, AI, and fintech in Latin America and the U.S.
Objective of this role:
- Build a repeatable, sustainable Walmart-first e-commerce operation with strong systems in place within the first 3–6 months
- Identify and launch high-margin, high-volume products using AI + data-driven research
- Maximize revenue through supplier onboarding, listing quality, content output, and performance improvements
- Automate and standardize workflows (research listing content ads reporting) to scale efficiently
Responsibilities:
Marketplace operations (Walmart focus; Amazon/Shopify support as needed)
- Manage core Walmart Marketplace workflows: product research, listings, pricing, and performance tracking
- Support expansion/operations across Amazon and Shopify as needed (secondary priority)
Product research & selection
- Identify strong product opportunities using data tools and AI (demand validation, trend analysis, competitor review)
- Prioritize products that can win on margin, volume, and operational feasibility
Listings, content, and conversion
- Create/optimize listings (titles, keywords, descriptions, images, SEO)
- Use AI tools/content generators to accelerate content creation and iteration velocity
- Upload and manage organic content across relevant channels to support sales
Supplier onboarding & revenue growth
- Coordinate supplier onboarding and product setup to expand catalog and revenue per product
- Ensure product information is accurate, compliant, and ready for marketplace requirements
Paid ads & automation
- Support and/or manage paid promotion efforts (automated/AI-assisted where possible)
- Identify what to test, monitor performance, and iterate to improve sales outcomes
- Reporting, tracking, and process building
- Track sales performance, inventory signals, and account health; maintain clean reporting
- Build SOPs, checklists, and repeatable mechanisms with support from a specialized team during the first 5–6 months
Collaboration
- Report directly to George; participate in a weekly call after onboarding to align priorities and progress
Required skills and qualifications:
- AI proficiency (mandatory): able to implement and manage AI tools for automation and data analysis (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude/content generators)
- Experience supporting e-commerce operations, ideally with Walmart Marketplace or similar platforms
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail (data accuracy, listing quality, compliance)
- Strong organization, time management, and reliable follow-through
- Clear written communication and ability to work independently without micromanagement
- Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment with performance accountability
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Walmart Seller Center
- Experience with product research workflows and listing optimization systems
- Knowledge of fulfillment/logistics (e.g., WFS/FBM equivalents), inventory planning, and returns workflows
- Digital marketing experience (content output, creative testing mindset, basic paid ads knowledge)
